Roger F. Soll, MD : Roger is interested in the conduct of clinical trials in Neonatal-Perinatal Medicine and the practice of evidence-based medicine. He is currently a professor in the Department of Pediatrics, University of Vermont College of Medicine; Director of the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit at Fletcher Allen Health Care; Director of Clinical Trials at Vermont Oxford Network; and Co-editor of the Neonatal Collaborative Review Group of the Cochrane Collaboration.

Joseph Carpenter, MS. : Joe is Director of Technical Operations for the Vermont Oxford Network and Network Statistician. He has a master’s degree in biostatistics from University of Vermont, as well as a MA in economics from the University of Oklahoma.

Karla Ferrelli, BA. : Karla is the administrative coordinator for the Clinical Trials and Follow-Up. She has a degree in Business from Champlain College and a B.A. in Mathematics and Statistics from the University of Vermont.

Diantha Howard, MS : Diantha received a B.A. in Mathematics from Middlebury College, and an M.A. in Mathematics and an M.S. in Biostatistics from the University of Vermont. She is currently the Informatics Core Manager for the General Clinical Research Center at the University of Vermont and statistical consultant for trials and follow-up.
