The Parental Interview and Reporting Questionnaire (PIRQ)
In 2004, we initiated a parental interview and questionnaire. This will attempt to correlate parental perception of infant's status with the information gained from medical evaluation. This study is currently in process.

2007 Cohort
A cohort of ELBW infants born during 2007 are currently being tracked and evaluated between 18 and 24 months corrected age. The data collection for this cohort runs through May 2010.

2006 Cohort
A cohort of ELBW infants born during 2006 were tracked and evaluated between 18 and 24 months corrected age. The data collection for this cohort is complete and was reported to participating centers along with a combined 2002-2006 Five Year Cohort.

2005 Cohort
A cohort of ELBW infants born during 2005 were tracked and evaluated between 18 and 24 months corrected age. The data collection for this cohort is complete and was reported to participating centers along with a combined 2001-2005 Five Year Cohort.

2004 Cohort
A cohort of ELBW infants born during 2004 were tracked and evaluated between 18 and 24 months corrected age. The data collection for this cohort is complete and was reported to participating centers along with a combined 2000-2004 Five Year Cohort.

2003 Cohort
A cohort of ELBW infants born during 2003 were tracked and evaluated between 18 and 24 months corrected age. The data collection for this cohort is complete. Data analysis is complete and was reported to participating centers with a combined 1998-2003 Six Year Cohort.

2002 Cohort
A cohort of ELBW infants born during 2002 were tracked and evaluated between 18 and 24 months corrected age. The data collection is complete and was reported to participating centers, along with a combined 1998-2002 Five Year Cohort.

2001 Cohort
A cohort of ELBW infants born during 2001 were tracked and evaluated between 18 and 24 months corrected age. The data collection for this cohort ran through June 1, 2004. Data analysis is complete and was reported to participating centers, along with a combined 1998-2001 Four Year Cohort.

2000 Cohort
A cohort of ELBW infants born during 2000 were tracked and evaluated between 18 and 24 months corrected age at network centers. Data forms were simplified for this cohort and data analysis is complete and was reported to participating centers, along with a combined 1998-2000 Three Year Cohort.

1999 Cohort
A cohort of ELBW infants born during 1999 were tracked and evaluated between 18 and 24 months corrected age at Network Centers. Data analysis on this cohort is complete and was reported to participating centers.

1998 Cohort
A six month cohort of ELBW infants born during the later half of 1998 were tracked and evaluated between 18 and 24 months corrected age at Network Centers.  Data analysis of this cohort is complete and was reported to the participating centers.
