2010 Annual Meeting and 11th Annual Quality Congress

The Vermont Oxford Network Annual Meeting and Quality Congress for Neonatology are held each December in Washington, DC. The 2010 Annual Meeting and 11th Annual Quality Congress will be held on December 4th and 5th.

The Network Annual Meeting provides an opportunity for health professionals from member institutions to engage in open discussion of topics of interest to the Network including updates on Network projects, plans for future projects and presentations by nationally recognized experts. This meeting, open only to health professionals from member institutions, is free of charge.

The Quality Congress for Neonatology focuses on the latest information concerning improvement of quality and safety of neonatal medical care. This meeting is open to all interested health professionals through registration. Health professionals from network member institutions are invited to attend free of charge. Non-members are welcome, but must pay a registration fee.

CME Credits

CME Credits can be earned for attending the Annual Meeting and the Annual Quality Congress.

The Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (ACCME) accredits the University of Vermont College of Medicine to provide continuing medical education for physicians. Each physician should claim only those hours of credit that he/she actually spent in the educational activity.

Nursing Contact Hours

Nursing Contact Hours can be earned for attending the Annual Meeting and the Annual Quality Congress.

Vermont Oxford Network is approved as a provider of continuing education by the Vermont State Nurses' Association, Inc. which is accredited as an approver of continuing education in nursing by the American Nurses' Credentialing Center's Commission on Accreditation.
