please complete
the Software Request Form.

Other Means of Submitting Electronic Data
If your center is interested in submitting data electronically with a system other than
eNICQ, please let us know by completing and returning the
Request for EDS Certification
by either fax or mail. We also recommend you read the
Member Instructions for
Submitting Electronic Data.
New centers can take the
File Certification Test
to assure their files meet our requirements. Submissions will receive immediate on-screen
feedback and are not recorded to our database (password is required).
If your center has been certified to submit data electronically and uses a system
other than eNICQ, please upload your data here,
using our secure server (password is required).
If your center is already submitting data electronically but wishes to change its database option
from VLBW to Expanded or vice versa, please contact your center's Account Manager
